- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.
- Deposits: A deposit equal to the cost of one (1) room night or one half (1/2) of the cost of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is required. The deposit may be secured by a credit card for up to four (4) room nights. For more than four room nights, the deposit must be paid in cash at the time the reservation is made. Deposits for two night minimums are double the normal deposit.
- Minimum Stay: Some special events may require a two night minimum.
- Cancellation: We operate under a seven (7) day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than seven days prior to your scheduled arrival the deposit is forfeited in its entirety. For special events cancellation periods may be longer (twenty one (21) or thirty (30) days) but with the same forfeiture for cancellation within the period.
- Check In: Check in is from four until six in the afternoon. Check in after six is alright but we do ask that you let us know. There is no check in after ten (10) pm.
- Smoking & Open Flames: Smoking and open flames are limited to the front porch or poolside. Cleaning charges apply for smoking in the house.
- Children twelve (12) years of age or older are welcome.
